CONFERINTA

The Conference will be held from March 27 (Monday) to March 29 (Wednesday), 2006 at the Faculty of Commerce, Academy of Economic Study in Bucharest , Romania . The 2006 International Conference on Commerce will be the gathering place for academicians and professionals from business related fields from all over the world.

The main goal of the 2006 International Conference on Commerce is to provide an opportunity for academicians, scientists and professionals from various business related fields from all over the world to come together and learn from each other. An additional goal of the conference is to provide a place for academicians, scientists and professionals with cross-disciplinary interests related to business to meet and interact with members inside and outside their own particular disciplines.

Commerce and Competitiveness : contemporary business issues, business communication, commerce development, computer information systems, e-commerce and the internet, entrepreneurship/ small business, international business, legal, social, and ethical issues in business, logistics/ supply chain management

Quality and Customer Value Management : quality management and control, quality assessment and measurement, tools and techniques for quality improvement, customer value, customer satisfaction measurement, customer relationship management, customer analysis and research, quality education, consumer protection

Tourism and European Integration : current trends in tourism, strategic management in hospitality, ethics and sustainable development in tourism, eco-tourism, tourism marketing, strategies in tertiary sector, environmental good practice in hotels and hospitality guidelines, tourism legislation
New Section : New tools used in understanding business behavior : econophysics, complexity, competitive intelligence.

The official languages of the Conference will be English and Romanian.

Both abstracts and full papers must be written in ENGLISH. One of the authors on each submission must register for the paper to be included in the Proceedings. All attending conference participants must pay the registration fee. Full-time students* participation is free of charge.
